Terms and Conditions

Caveat: We do not offer any visa related services. The procedures offered for non-European residents are intended exclusively for individuals who already have their visa approved by the Spanish consulate in the corresponding country.

  1. Services 
    1.1 Online: Document prep, guidance, and remote support. Users must provide accurate info.
    1.2 In-Person: Available only in Málaga. Extra fees (trasportation- accomodation) apply to other provinces, communicated before confirmation.

  2. Payment Conditions
    The payment method will be as follows: 50% of the amount will be paid before the service begins, and the remaining 50% will be paid upon completion of the service. Payments via authorized methods only, these will be clearly explained once you get in touch with us and before any service is provided.

  3. Pricing

    Our prices include translations and all applicable fees. VAT (IVA) is included in the stated prices.

  4. User Responsibilities
    Provide truthful info and use the Platform legally. Not liable for delays or denials due to incorrect documents or authority decisions.

  5. Platform Responsibilities
    We provide support but don’t guarantee procedure outcomes. Not responsible for technical issues or interruptions.

  6. Cancellations & Refunds
    Cancel before work starts for refunds. No refunds after document prep begins. In-person service cancellations require 24+ hours’ notice.

  7. Data Protection
    User data used only to deliver services, processed per data protection laws. See Privacy Policy.
